Question by donald: im 5″7 220 lbs and im looking to loose weight. what Calisthenics Exercise is the best way to loose weight?
I am also athletic and i take omega 3 fish oil.

Oh God.
I’m 5’11” and I was 220 pounds and I was quite chunky hunky.

That is, until I started counting calories. 1400 every day got me down to 165 pounds ( That is 55 pounds!), in 5 months.
